Carlson Farms hosts its very own market, known as "Copper Ridge Market." When you visit Copper Ridge Market on Fridays and Saturdays, you will find our own line of pork, beef, lamb, chicken, and eggs on display. You'll also see Karen's delicious baked goods for purchase!
